I have my eyes on you... all

Me and my friends love to talk about relationship. Other than the fact that most of us (except me!) is at the suitable age of getting married, all of us are single! So this topic will always pops up from no where. Besides, this is one of the topic we have fun talking about. It never failed to make us burst into laughter.

One of the thing that caught my attention is when the only guy in our small little group told us something. He said that guys are different from girls (obviously). How different? He told us that normally (just normally, not all the time) guys will have their eyes on a couple of girls. Yup! Not one but more than one! Somehow their heart is big enough to contain a few girls.

Since they have several in mind at once, I wonder how they choose which girl to be in a relationship with. So he told us that it doesn't really matters. As long as you are one of the girl in the list, and you show interest towards that guy, he will then go after you! O.O?!!!

I thought a heart can only contain one person at a time! This is really a revelation to me! so Girls! if you feel that guy is interested in you and you are also interested in him, don't feel shy and take a move!!!Ok ok. I'm just joking.(Maybe I'm not! I don't know~ XD)

But apparently there is a special one that the guy will like more than the others. They're just keeping their options open?  I wonder...

Anyway, I'm not a relationship expert. So please do not ever ever take any relationship advise from me!

On the other note, I notice girls are not at all shy anymore! Maybe I'm too old fashion, but when I see girl being the one who pursue a guy, it freaks me out! I mean you can somehow hint to the guy you are interested. But please~ Don't act so desperate can a?! It will scares people off! (At least I'll be scared!) Be cool!!

A step of faith

As mentioned in my previous post, my current job is not really what I expected it to be. After working there for several months, I got used to it and did not mind continue working there. But during my trip to Myanmar, I received an e-mail from a company that I never expected and they want to conduct an interview with me for a job opening!

Although I did not know the job description, I was still pretty excited to go for the interview!

Unexpectedly, after I came back from Myanmar another company also offered me another job, and want me in for an interview.

I don't see any reason for me to turn down any opportunities so I went for both interviews.

To cut the long story short, I rejected the second company due to their high commitment. I cannot imagine myself missing all church meetings because of work so I choose to say no.

The first company's job is pretty routine, in fact it does not have anything related to what I've studied and what I've been doing. Which I take as a plus point because from my experience, I don't really like the corporate world. I'm not saying they are not good, I just don't fit in. But then again, because is a pretty routine job, I might get bored and it might not add as much value to my portfolio as my current job.

It was really a struggle for me to choose whether or not to take up the offer. But then I was reminded of what I want to do in my life. What my passion is really about and I got to take risk, take a step of faith and just see what will happen.

Until now I don't know if my decision is right or wrong. But I feel that this job could offer me a lot to learn for me to achieve my dream.

So yes, I tendered my resignation letter and signed the offer letter.

Month of July is a month of change and opportunities! And I thank God for that!
