Really love this boots that I've got from Summit.

I went there and saw it but wasn't sure if I should get it.

So I brought Oyan along and she have no doubts that I need to get it!

Truth or lies

Talked to someone the other day and found out something that I never thought happened.

Is not the first time I heard about it, but I guessed I refused to believe what was told.

Does it affect me?
Yes. In a way it does.

Does it make a very big difference knowing the truth?
I don't know.

I've been thinking about it for a while already.

Although is not a bad thing, but is still a lie.

The thing that matters now is not about the lie anymore.
But how will I react towards it.

Honestly speaking, I'm pretty neutral about it.

At the end of the day. I spoke the truth, and they have to answer to God.

Period.

Screw your beautifully wrapped lies and hand me the ugly truth!

Truths are ugly because they are hidden. If they were never in the dark before, it won't be ugly at all. But more beautiful than the welly wrapped lies. #justsaying

Fun Facts about envelopes

2 more days and it will be my 2 weeks anniversary in my current company. LOL Although I've been in the company for a while now, I'm still in the orientation period. Still have a lot to learn and "classes" to attend.

The thing I like about this company is that everyone got to learn what everyone else is doing. So you know you are not a lone ranger that can function by yourself and you will have a clear picture on what others are doing.

One of the things that caught my attention in one of the orientation is the fact that there are wisdom in sending/receiving letters. Don't believe me? Let me give you a lesson on the  Fun Facts About Envelopes.

Fun Fact #1 : Do you know that if you did not paste enough postage, the  recipient is fined? 

My company receives a lot of mails from all around the country. I believe those who are willing to take their time and mail whatever documents to us have good intention. But what they do not know is this, sometime they do not have the right amount of stamp on it and our company will need to bear the extra cost. So do check with the post office before you send it out. 

As for my company, if we did not have paste enough postage, the letter will be returned back to us. So this might only be applicable to companies. 

But still, check before you send!

Fun Fact #2 : Do you know that there are 2 types of post? Standard and Non-standard.

Because of the nature of my company, we send out a lot of letters everyday. So is very important for us to minimize our postage cost. Standard mails are cheaper compare to non-standard mail.

There are many criteria to look into the mail when it comes to differentiating them into standard or non-standard mail. The most amusing of all would be the below.

Fun Fact #3 : Do you know that brown colored envelope is consider as non-standard mail?

 Yup! You read it right! Apparently the envelope that we usually use is considered as non-standard mail!

The "Standard" envelope should be in light color like this:

And other colors like these are not allowed:

Honestly speaking is very subjective whether a color is consider as light color or not. So, to be at the save side, is better to use white envelope. Save your time from arguing if a color is light or not. XD

Other things that take into consideration whether a mail is standard or non-standard is the size of the envelope, the thickness and the weight of the mail. Which I find it pretty boring to share them here. ><

I have my eyes on you... all

Me and my friends love to talk about relationship. Other than the fact that most of us (except me!) is at the suitable age of getting married, all of us are single! So this topic will always pops up from no where. Besides, this is one of the topic we have fun talking about. It never failed to make us burst into laughter.

One of the thing that caught my attention is when the only guy in our small little group told us something. He said that guys are different from girls (obviously). How different? He told us that normally (just normally, not all the time) guys will have their eyes on a couple of girls. Yup! Not one but more than one! Somehow their heart is big enough to contain a few girls.

Since they have several in mind at once, I wonder how they choose which girl to be in a relationship with. So he told us that it doesn't really matters. As long as you are one of the girl in the list, and you show interest towards that guy, he will then go after you! O.O?!!!

I thought a heart can only contain one person at a time! This is really a revelation to me! so Girls! if you feel that guy is interested in you and you are also interested in him, don't feel shy and take a move!!!Ok ok. I'm just joking.(Maybe I'm not! I don't know~ XD) 

But apparently there is a special one that the guy will like more than the others. They're just keeping their options open?  I wonder...

Anyway, I'm not a relationship expert. So please do not ever ever take any relationship advise from me! 

On the other note, I notice girls are not at all shy anymore! Maybe I'm too old fashion, but when I see girl being the one who pursue a guy, it freaks me out! I mean you can somehow hint to the guy you are interested. But please~ Don't act so desperate can a?! It will scares people off! (At least I'll be scared!) Be cool!!

Meraki Zoe

I really hate to do this again, but I this time, I changed for a super duper valid reason - The Power of Speech!!!!

So I said before that I will never ever ever again change my blog link. Oops... I break my promise. I came across "The Power of Speech" a few times in the past few months, and every time I heard about it, I couldn't help but to consider to change my blog link. But because I wanted to stay committed to God know who that is reading my blog, so I always wiped that thought out.

But recently I keep telling my friend that I don't think I look pretty and stuff, was very discouraged on this area, and when I came across "The Power of Speech" again, I couldn't help but to think that somehow I really make myself feel like I'm not pretty.

So I decided not to take any risk and just change my blog link. Having "The Power of Speech" fresh in my mind, I'm very careful in choosing my link this time. I thought of every single possible link that could work, I wanted to put something random like "Apple to Zebra" or "Elephant can't run", but they just don't seem right to me. I literally cracked my head on this and I decided to go Pinterest to get some inspiration! haha~ And guess what?! I came across this::

It caught my attention, passion, soul and creativity! I want to live my life that way, write that way, draw that way and snap pictures that way! So I thought of putting "Meraki Life", but it doesn't sound very nice to me. It sounded like some insurance company name. After randomly thinking of a word that could go with it, a light bulb blinked in my mind and I thought of the word "zoe". Other than the fact that "Zoe" is commonly used as a name, but it is actually a Greek word that means life. Since Merika is also a Greek word, then is a perfect match! Meraki Zoe~

I don't know whether the usage of the word is correct or not, but don't care la~ Is good enough for me, cause to me, it means living my life with passion, soul and creativity!

I HATE my hair!!!

I've been saying this for more than a month d... hated this hairstyle since the day I got it... ><

My hairstylist totally ignore my request when I told him I don't want to look "Cute". He "chop" my fridge into super flat!!!! >< lesson learned~ Don't want go to him anymore!!!! ><

Luckily I survived a month with that hilarious hairstyle and got myself a new hair cut before CNY! XD my dad say must cut your hair before CNY~ *Never knew that I'm a good daughter* XD
